WHAT WERE THEY ABOUT?

The four 2006/7 Best Value User Surveys Dissemination seminars were divided into two parts. The morning sessions presented an overview of the national results, lessons to be learned from this round of the surveys and the current thinking about the future of the surveys

The afternoon sessions gave an overview of local initiatives giving examples or case studies demonstrating of how authorities have made good use of the surveys and the impact at a local level. The last session of the day considered future developments.

The four seminars were identical in format with the afternoon case studies differing at each one.
