of Justice consultation document to seek views as to whether the
Government should look to use the powers under Section 5 of the Freedom
of Information Act and extend the coverage of the Act and if so,

scope of the Comprehensive Area Assessment which will provide the
first holistic independent assessment of the prospects for local

on proposals for a new contracting out order for highways functions
in both England and Wales. Contracting out functions enables partner
organisations to carry out a statutory function without reference
to the relevant authority. Department
for Transport consultation on ways in which Heathrow Airport could
be developed over the next 20 years or more. It reports on the outcome
of work since the Air Transport White Paper in 2003 and describes
how additional runway capacity might be provided, its likely impacts

in libraries. DCSF consultation
seeking views from those working for the benefit of young people
about how to improve the capacity, coherence and quality of support
arrangements for youth sector professionals, volunteers and organisations. Audit Commission
consultation on proposals for the final year of comprehensive performance
assessments for single tier and county councils – the harder
test framework for 2008. Department
for Transport consultation seeking views on a comprehensive Blue
Badge (Disabled Parking) reform strategy by spring 2008. CLG consultation
